How many sessions do I need? It depends largely on the person and the issue being addressed. 85% of my clients have 1-4 hypnosis sessions. Many people achieve their goals after the initial session. Some people keep a regular appointment for ongoing support, and others see me as needed. I recommend scheduling any follow-up appointment(s) you might need in advance since the schedule becomes full. Generally, 1-2 weeks is a good time to follow-up. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours ahead of time.
